CondoReady Employment Openings
CondoReady is a full service contract concierge service. We primarily serve guests in the Poipu Area. Our office is located in Kalaheo. We book nearly all tours, activities and luaus on the island, take orders and deliver rental gear to the Poipu area and give all sorts of information to our guests. CondoReady prides itself with a low pressure, helpful environment. We do not promote timeshare.

Full Time or Part Time Customer Service Representative
Duties Answer phone calls from guests about
  • Island tours and activities
  • advise guests about trails, restaurants, shopping, etc.
  • take orders for rentals, massages, gifts, etc.

Computer work

  • filling in forms
  • printing and collating documents
  • writing emails responses

Other duties

  • maintain incoming rental gear
  • set up grocery orders
  • general office work such as filing
  • Occasional deliveries
Hours 8a to 5p with one hour for lunch. Sunday through Thursday preferred.
Pay Full Time 40 hrs: Starting pay will be $12-$14/hour depending on experience and skills. Full medical. Raises to follow with good work.

Part Time 18 hrs: Starting pay will be $12-$14/hour no medical. Raises to follow with good work.
Requirements
  • General knowledge of how to use the internet
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of the island
  • General computer experience
  • Knowing the Poipu area a big plus
  • No sales experience is necessary.
