CondoReady, LLC Deliveries CondoReady strives to deliver products prior to the arrival of guests. Extenuating circumstances can delay delivery including, but not limited to, unavailability of product, transportation delays and weather. CondoReady expressly disclaims liability, direct or indirect, any and all damages beyond the cost of the products to be delivered and any fees associated with the delivery at the desecration of CondoReady. Activities, Rentals, Services CondoReady is not liable for the consequences of errors, delay and/or failure to deliver services, whether it is a result of the malfeasance or nonfeasance of the activities, rental or service providers. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, CondoReady expressly disclaims liability, direct or indirect, any and all damages caused by failure or delay in furnishing services or any other performance under this agreement. The sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty, including without any limitation, expressed or implied, any warranties of whatever nature, and the sole remedies for CondoReady’s liability of any kind, including liability for negligence with respect to the services furnished under this Agreement and all other performance by CondoReady under or pursuant to this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid directly to CondoReady for the said activity, rental, service or product and shall in no event include any damages, direct or indirect, other than those specifically provided for in this Agreement. Substitution Products CondoReady maintains the right to substitute any specific product listed with another product of similar quality, value and use. Kauai is a small island and availability of products and rentals can change overnight. In the case of fresh produce, that would include changing the composition of the package while maintain the same value. Deposits CondoReady will only charge a deposit as required by a tour or activity vendor after the guest has taken his or her tour or event, but not before. Otherwise, the guest's credit information is used only to confirm reservations and charged only in the case of a no-show by the guest per the cancellation policy of the vendor. Privacy CondoReady will not divulge any personal information about you to any third party for the purpose of solicitation of business. CondoReady will, as required to make reservations on your behalf, give your credit information to vendors for the sole purpose of confirming a reservation. Go to Home
